Whats the best thickness ply to use for lining the sides of van and also for making shelves with. I'd heard of gluing sheets together then fixing to van so that its more workable.
Whats the general opinion?

3/4 pretty tough just heavy fual consumption etc

you dont want to go above 6mm as you cant form the curve to suit your van walls.
if you cut slots in the ply you can then hang the shelves as the downward force will take most of the weight using scuby doo's as legs or back rails screwed from behind the ply.
use 9mm for the shelves strengthen with timber rails at front.
dont forget the heavy items go close to the floor or you may do rolly pollies down the carridgeway.
