If you have no joints, put it in pipe insulation and tap the joints.
 
Yes is a concrete floor I plan to bend the pipes up using cold form bends so I don't need and fittings in the solid floor.
 
Thought it have to be in a duct, and joints are only allowed under the floor if you have an access panel close to it
 
he meant tape the joints of the insulation. ans yes you can run the pipe in conduit as AW said
 
depends what the pipe is carrying id use conduit and only lag hot water if it was a long run
