I have an unvented system, which due to loss of water (blocked pipe in frozen weather) has been emtied and refilled. There now seems to be very poor flow of hot water, much lower pressure than before. Is this likely to be related to the system being completely empty for some time?

That is why your hw pressure is low then as your system can only give you the pressure you have coming in through your mains. Due to all the bursts with the weather i would guess your water supplier has reduced the supply to compensate so you will prob get your pressure back eventually

Or it could be a partial blockage, still. If it's not back to normal after a few more days, it might be that a filter somewhere is blocked....
