Potterton Gas Mag Valve Needed

Hi Guys, my father in laws central heating system has packed up and we need a Potterton Neterheat 1016 Electronic Gas Mag Valve. Apparantly the part no. is 907219. If anyone could help i would be very grateful?? Many thanks

I would not bother trying to get the part that boiler must be 20years old minimum and is in need of replacement. They were a good boiler in there day. Also you need to check the condition of the case seals and check the condition of the case at the rear as they are known to rust out which is very dangerous as if my memory serves me right these boilers are positive pressure fans which means that the case is under positive pressure so any defects in the cas or seals will result in products of combustion being discharged into the room. VERY DANGEROUS

agree with John,he is spot on,there have been a few deaths from this boiler

That part is discontinued I believe?
