Potterton gold E1 68 fault code

Customer recently had prv and expansion vessel replaced and has now got e168 flashing tried reseting but no joy anyone had this before ?

I had this recently on a duotec, a new PCB sorted it

Ive had two of these, both pcb's. One of the boilers had flat exp vessel, causing e119 everyday. When i fixed that i got a call back to e168, maybe the aftermath of numerous lockouts for some reason. The other boiler was my own, mine had some other issues just before the e168

normally pcb,2 checks to carry out though,dv not weeping into motor and polarity and voltage on incoming mains
