e110 fault, the therm retaining ring screw wont come out at exp vessel side!
also;
temp rises to 97 on display and clatters and bangs periodically, hot water rises and falls then pressure gauge bounces between 1.5 & 2bar.

i was told it had a new div valve last week.

110 is overheat cut out, is pump running ? valves open ?

check pump and valves open as said,check return filter,if only doing this in dhw plates probably blocked

cheers, got it working but temp up and down as its a reactive maintenance job. told cust to monitor it and call in again if it throws a wobbly. that way i can give price for stripping and fixing and get authorisation before booking in as i can only go to £100 without owners say.
when they run heating, that will tell me if pump or return needs looking at.

cant get that little phillips screw out though ;(
