Blokes just emailed me, radiators cold upstairs, warm downstairs, boiler in garage. Any ideas guys? Guys thinks he needs it power flushing, any advice from you lovely people ?

Probably nothing to do with boiler to be honest. I'd check the ball valve in the header tank if the rads are cold upstairs, could be empty and not filling back up.

hes saying water is fine, rads up stairs get very slightly warm at the top but nowhere else. and that the valves are about a year old.

valves suitable for gravity? ie. lack of circulation?

Could it be the pump dying?

id bet money on the ballvalve or cold feed blocked unlikely to be a pump if downstairs works
