Potterton performa 24 Eco he Boiler issues

I have a problem with a performa 24 he. The flame failure light is flashing. I think the pump is faulty because it has power to it and is getting really hot but diverter pin is not rising (which is new). Anyone help with this just to make sure I am on the right lines. Thanks!
