potterton performa 24 eco he flaim failure

i have been trying to fix a performa 24 eco he, flame failure fault. (before you ask, yes i am, 546451)
originally there was no spark, replaced the spark generator/wire and it was up and running, bobs you uncle, on my way, thank you very much.

2 hours later the lady phones me, its not working???

i get pump, fan,spark then a lil puff of gas then nothing.

tried the pcb and gas valve, as the useless fault finding chart. going back today to check the venturi and aps, although i would have thought that was alright because of the spark?

any ideas, heads done in with this 1.
