Our heating has only been on twice so far since ive moved in, as far as Im aware.

Both the heating and hot water lights are on, we have hot water but the burner is not lighting, so no heating. We managed to get it to come on by simply turning up the thermostat but it hasnt come on since. There are no error codes up

Any ideas?
