Hi guys, having a bit of issue with profile 60e. Basically so far I've checked the reset button , 240v going to the boiler, no power to the pump and fan, checked the external controls. Apparently the costumer had reset the boiler quite often for the past year. Seems like some overheating issues but following the fault finding chart it points to APS. Anyone got any idea please . Cheers

If there the same as the primas and I think they are, I always change the board and aps, gets it everytime

Common issues with dry joints on the pcb on these boilers, if your handy with a soldering iron it's often worth a punt.

Check out the APS. Also check no water or blockage in tubes.

Board interrogates APS before supplying power to fan etc.
