Hi all,

I am looking for some advise on a replacement combi boiler for the powermax 155x.
B/g have been out and and failed it due to spillage from the burner i believe.
It is in a internal cupboard 10mtr from an external wall.
I unsure at this moment if it can be moved to an external wall so have to quote for same position.
If someone could recommend the best combi boiler to exchange over to, In the same position Please

Thanks mark

viessmann 111/222

or combi boiler with cylinder

Hi Shaun,

If i could relocate the boiler to a out side wall,
would a 30kw combi be suitable for a replacement.
its only a two bed two bath apartment.

thanks mark

,

combi only good for any no of bed rooms and one bath (sometimes not even that)

Could a small kw system boiler be an option on an external wall running back to a small unvented cylinder in the position where the powermax is now situated?

yes but it would be the same as using a viessmann 222-f

checked the price off one out £2500 for the 222-f unit then the fluing and additional bits may be getting on for £3000 .

Never to sure what is the best to quote for these landlords,
the majority End up going for the cheapest quote no matter what the future problems may be.
