I'm about to refurbish my utility room. We have an oil boiler against an inside wall within the room (not against an outside wall). I'm not ready to replace the boiler yet but want to make sure I have all the necessary pipes in place for a new one later [so I don't have to rip up the new floor tiles etc.].

There is already an oil feed pipe and pressure relief pipe under the floor but I guess I'll need to bury a new pipe to take the condensate from the new boiler to the outside - please confirm and, if so, what diameter should it be?
Is there a max underfloor distance for such pipes? Current distance to outer wall is around 4m.
Does it have to have a set gradient?
Any other things I should bear in mind? Do I need to lay cable or pipe to the point where the oil comes into the house to shut it off if there's a fire [I think there's new regs about that]?

Thanks.

Have a word with your servicing guy. Really needs eyes on. Especially for flueing.

Also bear in mind that you will need to dispose of the condense that it creates. So piped into a waste pipe, out to a drain or a lime pit.
