I have just converted a gravity hot water pumped heating and fitted a new worcester bosh 30si combi the hot water supply to the kitchen tap has the correct flow rate, the bath taps have very little water flow and almost stops when the basin is turned on. I have advised my customer that he needs his taps changed to high pressure taps am I right ?????

I assume the cold bath tap is fed from the rising main and working OK? If so then the hot should be OK too.

Check the washer.
