I've read that the pressure relief valve on a sealed system should be on the flow near the boiler.

Does it actually matter where it goes? I've got one of the sealed kits that combines the expanssion vessel with the PRV, so I was planning on it being on the return....is this OK even if it is 10m from an external boiler?
