Pressure to shower head

They want more pressure to the shower head but want the cheapest option. Any suggestions?
Water pressure to the bathroom is good it's just the shower head that's a bit tame.
My suggestion would be to fit a new bar shower and a pump.
What else could be done?

What's feeding the taps?
What isos are fitted?
What HW water system do they have?
What is the actual HW pressure (static & dynamic)?
TBH that's a pretty poor tap from a flow perspective so my first port of call would be a better engineered tap with a better flow rate. None of those cheap types will flow well.

From the picture, so I may not be seing the full story, that looks like a standard bath with a smooth bottom. Serious risk of injury to a standing user from slipping over.
