hi all some advice

combi boiler is heating water and heating comes on fine. its an ecotec plus - vaillant

Issue - Pressure is way to high, sits at 3.3 and goes right up to 3.7 when on. im worried something bad will happen soon.

im not sure when it started, but been like this for a month or so.

every week or so ive been opening the bleed valve and letting some water out which temporarily brings it down, but back up within a day or 2.

water in on the boiler seems closed.

other symtom ive noticed is all the TRVs arent working on radiatores--- even when closed they heat up... im guessing pressure so high is causing this!

i know advice is get someone out.... but based on these clues, any ideas??

Boiler pressure shouldn't go to 3.7bar as its PRV (safety valve) should lift at 3bar.
"water in on the boiler seems closed.", can you post a photo of this?.

See pic , thanks

Just slacken off but do not remove the flexible hose at the right hand side and ensure no water is leaking, however little. Can you also post a photo of the pressure gauge.

Will slacken in a few mins. But here is the display right now. Thanks
