Ive got a job to price for where a builder has left some works un finished and not started

tile en suite floor 1m x 3m
connect basin up
move toilet cold feet to opposite side and fit toilet
connect electric shower up
wire up extractor fan and few other little bits

Full cloak room,

have room fully plastered
box wall out with 3x2 to hide pipes
fit toilet
wall hung basin
tile half height
and have the cardinal flooring layed

All the fixtures flooring and tiles are already on the job
will just need to supply basic materials pipe/fittings silicone/grout and so on

I was thinking £3500-4500 all in
As i'll have to check out the work already completed and will be taking on some risk,
I've already told the customer I can't give any guarantee for any work that's not mine and any faults that arise

2 guys and I think about 10-15 days potentially

sounds about right would go the high side 14 days

whats the wall made of for the basin ?

Brick outside wall, but I'm not sure if the customer wants chased in or pipes on show or what but that's why I've allowed for it in my pricing

He didn't finish the job, took most of the money, didn't do some jobs correct and in 4 weeks only silicones the bath in, so I'm told, customer took him to court and won, lots of work done on the house like and plenty to finish off

2 men for 15 days plus some mats and £3500 is gone without any profit for yourself
I've just done similar in a bathroom, plastering, electrical tiling etc, but the ceramics were all in furniture not wall hung and I charged £5400 at the start, with extras (floor boarded and tiled, moved a rad) that went up a few hundred quid
I subbed most of it out and the job still gives me a good wage with a good profit
BTW the price doesn't include the furniture, that was another £2200

with jobs like that I just quote a day rate as it always takes longer to make good other peoples work
