Hi I'm currently trying to put a price together for a 23 storey building installing the landlords up to apartments 7 per floor plus risers flow return and boosted cold only picks up 3 valves outside apartments water meter drv etc starts off at 4" at the bottom of the riser goes down to 50mm at the top of the riser all crimped heating in copper cold in carbon 161 apartments in total landlords and risers what would be a ball park figure it will take four men 8 months. Look forward to hearing from you

Are you pricing this up to carry out yourself or is this just a contract you are tendering for?

As others have said, not really sure how you expect people to be able to advise a figure, too many variables to consider.

You would need to do a take-off of the material and labour required and build a cost.

On larger jobs it's important to pay close attention to specification, the cost of 4" valves can be pretty hefty and can vary quite a lot depending on the manufacturer, allowing for bellows, is the steel medium or heavy etc and on a 8 month job don't forget about plant, hire of access equipment press tool and threading machines soon adds up.

Also upon providing a quote important to outline your exclusions core drilling/ fire stopping etc.
