Hello guys First post here, but have been browsing this gold mine of information for months. I am not really a plumber per say, although I have some experience. Anyway my boiler broke down a few months ago neater heat something or other it was an oldie. I took some time to get a few quotes for a replacement and the ''cheapest'' was an outrageous 1685.00!!!! for a baxi wall hung boiler.
So I decided to fit a new boiler myself, As far as I am aware, its legal to do so in your own home. I even managed to use they old flue hole, for the new flue as I am a crafty old fox. The supply for gas main that was already there was in 1/2" I think, so just used that jobs a good-un.
Anyway when ever the hob is on and the boiler comes on the flames on the hob die out nearly, I was reading that there may be a problem with my regulator on my meter it may need adjusting, whats the best possible way to go about this?
