problem with igniting boiler

Hi, I wonder if anyone could give me some advice. I have a Halstead quattro combi boiler and my electriity ran out while I was out. Came back, put it back on, but now the boiler won't ignite again. Is there anything I can do to make it ignite? The pressure is at 1.5, I put it back like that as it had gone down to 0.
