Procombi A36 Boiler

Hello,
I've just moved into a new home and the central heating system is all new to me! I have a Procombi A36 boiler with under floor heating downstairs and radiators up stairs. I can't get the heating to work although the hot water seems to work fine. I have a programmer next to the boiler, do i set the mechanical clock to off and use the wall programmer? Also what sort of temperatures should i be setting the water/heating to?

Dave looks like you could do with a gas safe registered engineer to come around, show you the ropes and check the system out while he/she is there

Thanks, The system should be fine as only just serviced. Just need some advice on using it i think.
