Programmer/boiler compatibility

Looking at a boiler change, going to fit a new worcester Bosch boiler and they have a potterton ep2 programmer, would this be suitable for the new boiler or do they only suit potterton boilers. Cheers

First question is are you allowed to change the boiler ? [gas Safe] if you have experience doing boiler swaps you should know the answer to this question.

The EP2 programmer will be absolutely fine for the Worcester boiler.

99% of my work is on building sites. I just do this on weekends, and I don't really come across potterton programmers when doing boiler changes round my way

That's my old man, I'm an operative under him, saves paying for my own number he's been doing it 20 years hence the low number.

Need to ask your dad about Potterton programmer's he must have done loads of them, almost all the ones I came across when I lived in Berkshire were either Potterton or Honeywell .
