Hi having installed a Scecure C1727 for the first time everything went well, powered up ,synced fine ,set Day date and time etc etc
but when i went to change the shedule of time slots and temperatures it took the changes but when I came out of schedule mode it was still as default both zones . Tried more than once but no success. Did a factory reset on the PTD and a power reset on receiver still no good
Ran out of time as customer had to go out . Customer is going to see if he can set a schedule on the phone app to work if so Tech support says the PTD is faulty and if not the reciever is . Problem is the supplier will still want the whole unit back. Do I go for another one who Knows. Make you look silly in front of customer
