My CH pump has a rattle/rumble noise which is now most of the time and the vibrations carry through much of the house. Do I need a new pump or is it something simpler ?
 
i dont know but if it was a rattle and hum well now that would be a good album

is it the powermax?
what model?
is it defo the ch pump?
have you bled it?
is there water in the system?

if there are no circulation problems strip the pump and check probably barings, if so change the pump
