I have a Vitra reduced height 75/108cm frame to fit a Vitra wall hung WC to. I also have a 550 x 210mm cabinet to fit around it.
I have a few questions:-
1. To ensure the cabinet fits I have to fit the frame flush to the back wall and have had to remove the rear cross-member of the cabinet to ensure it fits. Is this OK to have to do this or does it suggest that the incorrect cabinet has been recommended by my supplier?
2. This also means that the distance from the front of the frame to the wall is about 155mm, where the instructions state minimum 190mm. Is this to ensure airflow down the back of the cistern as the thin polystyrene insulation will be directly against the tiled wall.
3. The Vitra frame only has one set of fixings into the wall. I could drill the frame and create additional wall fixing points if recommended. The fixing will go through the tiled wall and into the brick (not block) external wall.
4. What would be the best wall fixing method to use as I'm not that confident in the ones supplied?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
I tried to upload some pics but even though smallish jpeg's get error "the uploaded file was not an image as expected"

Update on my Q3: The installation video shows 4 additional securing points in two brackets behind the threaded rods that secure the WC. I don't have these brackets, which might suggest a design change or that they genuinely are missing.
Can I acquire these brackets which would then give me 6 wall fixings and two floor fixings that I would feel much more confident with?
Damn - the screenshot is a png but I still cannot upload!
