hi guys...just a quick question to ask why there is 2 entry points on a expansion vessel for a baxi 105e??? a mate has just rang me about it and i didn't know what to tell him as ive never had to deal with one.

It will be for a 105E Instant, the expansion doubles up as a hot water store to provide the instant hot water.

i have changed one in situ NEVER AGAIN easier to fit a supplementary EV and knock it off pre heat

Yep, complete PITA to change, as said fit an external EV and forget pre heat, easier and cheaper.

its a store EV IS BIGGER IN A 105 INSTANT THE BOILER PRE HEATS 2 LITRES OF WATER ready to go its so posed to deliver hot water quicker but there is hardly any difference between a baxi 105 and 105 instant the standard 105 bangs out hot water anyway its a thing all manufacters were trying once causes a lot of problems

thanks for that guys....ive learned something tonight....again!!!
