Quick release couplings

I have a customer who owns a fish shop and has asked me to plumb in the water supply. He requires a sink unit with a water supply from 15mm copper fittings. However he has to move the sink frequently to clean behind the unit and i would like to fit quick release couplings onto flexible pipe to make the cleaning operation quick and easy. What couplings can you suggest please?

Perhaps, if you could get them WRAS approved and therefore suited to drinkable water, but not really designed for the application

Why not mount the taps to the wall and have a compression coupling for the waste
