Hi all. The in-laws have had a new boiling tap and straight out the box the boiling water doesn’t stop running, even in the off position. Also, it’s only linked in at the moment for hot and cold use and every time the cold is turned off it fires the boiler? Anyone had anything similar and able to rectify it? Quooker aren’t getting back to us

The combi boiler fires when the cold mains is turned off ?
Sorry. It’s when the cold tap (Quooker) is shut off after use? So hot works as it should. Cold works but fires the combi boiler when it’s turned off and the boiling water just constantly runs when it’s connected to the tank. Very weird.
