Tile 2.3m2 floor ( based on 30cm X 30cm)
Alterations to central heating pipes
Box pipes in 1.9m x 0.2m x 0.2m (wooden frame and plasterboard)
Install new toilet
Bathroom
Decommission existing basin and bath.
Remove wall tiles
Alter existing heating pipe work and install new towel rail
Install vanity unit
Fit new toilet with new waste pipe work connecting to stack
Install plinth for shower tray , tray , cubicle and shower mixer
Tile 16.5m2 wall ( based on 20cm X 30cm)
Tile 3.8m2 floor ( based on 30cm X 30cm)

What would you think would be a resonable price ? Labour only.

£2000 would'nt be far off. On something like this you would probably get some very varying replies. The tiling alone would be about £850 - £900. Good luck with it mate. ;)
