Hi<br/>I fitted an extra rad in my sisters living room today. Boiler is in loft. Teed into 22mm flow and return in loft with 15mm pipe. Ran pipe 30ft across loft then down to rad. Rad cold! Both rad valves open."

any water in the rad (might be an air lock)
what kind of system is it?

I need to know who mavis beacon is

turn every single rad off but that one and report back, and the valves are the right way round ? trv on the flow etc

If you tee'd in the loft and ran horizontal, then dropped you can guarantee an air lock. Shut off both rad valves, take out the air point (towel for spillage) connect a male 15mm adapter with a flexi tap adapter attached. Aim the flexi into a large bucket and open one valve at a time, you should get a mix of air and water, once yo get only water the air lock should be gone.

However make sure you have one tee in the flow and one in the return! :)

Sorry, one, 60ft overall.

too long should be 22mm sorry but still might work, could be an air lock try above comment but make sure its a flexible with a valve on it

Will probably still work... a bit.

Yeah defo a flexi tap adapter, when i remove air locks this way its ALWAYS a two man job :)
