Hi I have conected a small rad with 15mm pipe fed from 10mm system there is no air in the read water is coming out no bubbles but rad don't get warm the rad its conected to dos get hot the 15mm pipes have to go up and over a small door and back down to the new rad what am I doing rong please

You can’t tee of 10mm for another rad eg 10mm won’t do two rads

Although as Shaun mentioned, 10mm is no good for 2 rads. You should still be able to get some heat.

Have you got bleed nipples on the highest point above door? There has to be air in there stopping circulation.

Close all rad valves and open the valves on problem rad one at a time and bleed water out until warm. That’s your best chance without high point bleeds.
