Radiators Problems

I've recently replaced a Kingfisher 2 with Valliant ecotec 637.

Boiler wall hunged in the same place as the old kingsfisher on the wall.

Power flushed the whole system twice.

Removed the old pump as the new boiler has a built in pump, and i've kept the old expansion vessel as it was a seal system.

after installation of a new boiler, 2 radiators seem to have their own mind, only one of them work at a time, if 1 radiators work then the second radiator will work the next day.

One radiator in the loft keep getting air in it, remove the air every other day yet the pressure doesnt drop???????

on the same floor as the boiler, one radiator only heat up partially even after carrying out the powerflush twice.

Any help on this would be very grateful.

The radiator in the loft is probably collecting hydrogen so won't affect overall liquid amount when vented (is there inhibitor in the system?)

Have you checked for and purged all airlocks?

Have all the radiators been properly rebalanced?

There is X100 in the systems.

I've checked and purged all the airs.

I've also replaced an old automatic air vent with a new one, and installed 2 additional air vent.

The system has been balanced as well.

As i've been in the trade for past 8 years, i've tried everything i know.

I've also called out valliant engineer to check out the boiler as i thought the pump might be spinning to fast and cauisin airiations, but boiler and pump al fine.

I've also got a colleauge of mine to come and have a look as he been in the trade for 20+ years, but yet we can't seem to figure it out.

Also all the pipes are in 22mm right upto the radiator branches...

So many engineer out here and guess none of u can figure this out???

If you can, you input will be very very appreciated.

Hi. Long shot but is there a bypass that been tampered with? I would be tempted to put a C to Iron in the top of a rad, connect a hose to both C to Iron and a drain point. Blast mains through through rad and discharge through drain point. Using rad valves and F and R valves on boiler to direct the water every way through the system to purge air. A double handed job but worth a try.

is it a one pipe system in any part of the house, make sure no deadlegs, put autorad bleeder on rad which you keep bleeding

There is a new bypass in place, and am pretty sure there is no air in the system.

Definately not a one pipe system at all. I can put in an alladin autovent for radz but that will only let the air out automatically, not cure the problems.

Have you tried shutting off all other rads apart from the two which are causing a problem? did they both work ok then?

balance system

lolz if only it was as easy as that, i've already tried that.

I've told taken 3 other heating engineer whom i know, and they been in the trade for 15 plus years ....

It a strange system, tried so many stuff, yet can't get them to work ....
