Hi guys

I live in a rented flat with one main bathroom and one en suite. The main bathroom is fine but the en suite toilet never seems to have enough water in the flush to clear the waste.

I've looked at the set up, but know nothing.

All I can tell is the lever I'm touching in the pictures when you press it down, the water flows, but it reaches a certain level when you pull it back up and the water stops.

Can anyone tell me how to adjust this to get some more water in the tank?

yes screw the float up a bit, it has a thread on it so as you turn it, it raises or lowers the level of water. on the back wall of the cistern is a line, that is the level the water should be when it is full

Having problems with this guys.

The "upside down" cup is moulded to the "pegged" shaft so doesn't twist or turn on the plastic shaft.

The shaft it's self seems to turn a few degrees in either direction, but that's it.

It looks top be held in place by this bracket at the top, and feels very flimsy. Almost as it this could be opened somehow and dropped down a peg or two, then re "closed"

Hard to explain, thoughts?

No worries as long as you're fin-ished now :)

On a serious note, that's perfect done the job, ran it a couple times to check the levels, and it works brilliant.

Not had a big dump yet, but time will tell.

Thanks guys for all your help!!
