ravenheat 120 csi hot wter only works when heating on

got a job tommorrow no hot water unless heating on ,not seen it,have,nt worked on one of these before,is there a motrized valve on this,like ideal isar,or is it like the 84et divertor set up,anything i should look out for,cheers

no thankfully but it should have a hall effect sensor for dhw demand it normally(or at least on every other boiler using this set up) brings on a red light if you find one on this heap pull the clear sensor off and put a magnet in side it boiler should fire for dhw ,would then point to dhw flow turbine also check the black motor works and the rods under it are not jammed it can cause the same issues look at parts 31 and 27 in the mi,s plus the black motor
