Hiya fellas hope you are all well got no hot water on the above, pin not pushing out on diverter valve to operate micro switch when demand for hot water.

hot water works fine if pin is pulled manually and microswitch pressed so I'm thinking diverter valve ... is there anything else worth checking before I pull out the diverter valve?

as always many thanks for your time :)

You could try just the diaphragm if you need to do a budget repair, just undo the screws around the top of the valve and replace. But I usually change the whole thing. The trick with them is to slacken off the small nuts securing the pipes to the chassis. If you buy the whole thing you will get the washers with it.

joy to work on, if i remember theres a connection behind the divertor that is so easy to get at.!! dont forget to renew all the seals/washers as they wont seal when you put the new divertor in

bloody hell you were right about that connection behind the divertor ... There must a designer sat sniggering somewhere!! :)

All sorted thanks again for the heads up
