The heating works fine but no hot water . Ive changed the diaphragm in the diverter valve. And check the microswitch the on the diverter valve as well. According to ravenheat it could be the PCB if the microswitch was ok.
Anyone have any experience of this boiler???

nas,you only had to manually activate the dhw microswith by pushing a small driver into it,if you had done this and it still did not fire it rules out the DV,you need to test the microswitch as graham has suggested.if that checks out carry out a continuity test on the microswitch wires, also the dhw thermistor will stop it working unlike other brands where it will run hot and cold

Ive checked the flow switch with a multimeter its definitely working. Activating the DHW micro switch stops it firing up when in heating mode, and does not when heating off. Didn't Check the DHW thermistor though, does you know what resistance it should be?

Thanks for the help
