Recognise this Van ?

This van was a vital witness to an accident last week , it was on opposite side of M58 see picture, we knew the teacher lady killed. Its got a tube rack on top

looks like a PHS van to me might be worth asking them for the tracker information

I'm not convinced by PHS either tbh but it's the closest off the top of my head!

since it's the police I think they have powers to request the data in circumstances like this but I'd agree there are privacy implications going on there and I wouldn't like to be the one receiving the request!
