hi all,
I'm really hoping someone here can help. I've just installed a red compact 24 pellet boiler and switched it on for the first time and i get the following alarm code preventing the boiler from even firing for the first time 'A18 water temperature overheating', which obviously makes no sense because the things never been used. I'm not getting anything back from MCZ / red when i get in touch.
is anyone familiar with these boilers or know how i go about resetting it or why it may have triggered?
