When did we start having to register boilers and gas appliances? Got a customer on the phone, I fitted a band b in 2004. He reckons it should have a cert and because it was with Corgi there's no way of checking.
 
Are they selling their property?
If so it's probably a solicitor being a Muppet and covering his donkey crossbreed.
If they have a recent safety inspection certificate that is sufficient in my experience.
