Anybody recommend a reliable immersion heater? I have now got yet another one tripping and it's peeing me off and the customer.

As Aw says titanium...The rest are a bit like lightbulbs some go on some dont..

pts immersion stats are good - gave up on the backer ones a while ago

The most reliable stats by a mile (IMO) are the thermtec ones that connect to the immersion heater via 2 spade connectors.
Obviously the imm heater is made to fit them. Dont know what yours are.
If you are just on the usual rod type ( again my opinion ) the best ones are the sunvic vk series. , The only problem with those is they do not have an overheat built in , so assuming you have room and another pocket , you need a vkl 2351 to act as your highlimit.
