Hi, Hope someone can give me a bit of advice.

We have moved into a new house that has a Remeha Avanta 39c, all seems to be working fine, on demand hot water and central heating seems is working, however tonight I have noticed water under the boiler,,, having traced where it is coming from it is from the auto air vent on the top of the boiler, it seems to be dripping and then leaking down the back of the boiler and onto the floor.

What is causing the auto air vent to drip water (only seems to happen when hot water has been used for a extended period of time)

Is it a big issue that requires a call out,

big thanks in advance

ok thanks,, got a gas safe plumber coming on wednesday, they have said it may be the expansion vessel but will know more then the visit
