Hi,

I have got 5 of the above mentioned boilers to commission tomorrow, I started doing one today and I was adjusting the gas valve to get my ratios correct and turned the valve a little well I say a little quite a lot past where I wanted to be and then my analyser suddenly shot up with a warning about my cells in a panic I turned the valve back a lot to try and stop the any damage to my analyser which then switched off and in a panic I lost count of how much and which way I turned the gas valve. Now eveytime I go to alter this the readings are so high my analyser shuts down within seconds even though I altered the valve to get the desired flame picture I am now a bit stuck on how to get it back to normal. I havent been doing boilers all that long and as I am working alone I have no one to speak to. I understand that I made a school boy error and should have only turned it 1/8 at a time but the damage is done now and I am just asking if anyone can offer me any advice on where to go next (except back to college lol).

Thanks

start again tomorrow , and do 1/4 turn at the time only and

wait till reading stabilise

do not panic your analyser will be ok ,just mute it if it goes mad

just concentrate and do low flame and high flame

you will be well happy when you have done it

is not that hard just keep calm

and I hope you have turn boiler off when you left today

stan

Thanks stan, I have got the measurements needed on high but when I put it on low my analyser cuts out with a warning symbol

On the remeha,Adjusting on high H3, rotate small aduster with a screwdriver, anticlockwise to increase co2. On low L3 using allen key, clockwise to increase co2 [very sensitive]
Therefore if Whatever the direction on high you turned the adjuster it should be the opposite way on low
