Remeha avanta plus 28c, hot water but no heating

Ive been called to look at a remeha avanta plus 28c with hot water working fine just no heating. No fault codes are showing up at all. Is there anyway of checking the motorised valve or the divertor as im not that familiar with these boilers apart from having to change the seals and ignition electrode
