Remote control shower not working bypass?

So I've got a remote controlled shower. I don't know if the damn remote is just shot or something more is wrong with it. But just curious if the remote was shot is there any way to bypass the damn remote and still turn the shower on!?

??? How do I go about doing that? Sorry we just bought this home and the shower came with it so I don't have the manual or anything for this shower.

Upon reading about it they say there could be water damage. And looking into it further looks like they don't make these remotes anymore unless you guys know better where to obtain one. If so any help would be great

Might be worth trying the battery first.

You can't bypass the remote it operates the pump, no signal from remote no pump.
