Use a wet vac to suck it out. Or compressed air to blow out

Put mouth over and blow it

or suck it!

why do you want to remove it? is it to solder on to? can you not blow enough out the way?
if its still to wet use a compression fitting.
or is the pipe redundant? just blow out what you can and leave it

PS- welcome to the forum

Hello and thanks, the reason for removing any residual water is because there is a break/fracture some where in the underfloor piping and 'some' water has escaped and remained trapped in the concrete above the visqueen membrane whilst 'technicians' were power flushing the system, they have butchered the pipe ends flush with the concrete floor surface and left them like that, the reaming water is reacting (efflorescence) with salts in the concrete and being absorbed in a stone fire place and hearth which will continue untill the water/moisture is eradicated...many thanks
