Hi all. Never subcontracted in a roofer before as previous gas fitters have done this themselves. The new one I am working with doesn't so please can you guys in the know give me an idea of how long this job takes/rough costs? It's a standard tiled roof. This is the roof/flue in question. Many thanks in advance for all help.

Roofers around me in south east London/surrey charge about £120. Cant seem to get a roofer to do anything for under £100.

usually do these my self.

Pinch a bit of Tyvex from a builder, pick up a couple of tiles, strip it back push the Tyvex under the next sheet of felt up, drop tiles back down, jobs a good un!! By the time you've got that sorted out the apprentices should have the tea ready!!

Dont forget the batten to restore the cut area for the current flue ;)

I pay £60 for a lead slate and help with the flue all in
