Got a bath which is just over 10 years old and the shower head needs replacing.

This photo shows the layout.

I appreciate that access will be required to do this and could be achieved from the adjacent room by cutting a hole in the wall.

I’m not sure what I would then see and in preparation I was wondering if anybody could give me any pointers

Will be just a 1/2 male iron on the body of the tap with the shower hose and head attached to that easy job once you have access

So I need to access below the taps ? And not below where the shower hose goes ?

Correct aslong as you can tape the other hose to the old one / use some elec rods to fish it back through etc
