Went to a potential customers today to see if I could fix their shower,
It was bought from TC Bathrooms 2 years ago and it now runs either too hot or too cold with no happy medium, so first guess is that it needs the cartridge replacing.
TC Bathrooms gave a lifetime warranty with it (very bold if I say so myself) and have now unfortunately gone into liquidation.
I've done a bit of digging and found it is this shower, I can't for the life of me find anywhere that does replacement cartridges though, possibly due to the lifetime guarantee meaning it would be pointless to stock them :(
Now this is a shot in the dark I know, but has anyone had any dealings with this shower and might know what cartridge it takes? I tried the shower doctor and their technical forum is being updated so can't ask there.
If I can't get hold of the cartridge it will mean smashing the bathroom up, which can be good fun (/sarcasm) but isn't really ideal, or possibly buying a whole new shower from the linked site above but their expected delivery time is 6-8 weeks...
