Replacement Combination Valve

Ladies and gents,

I have been out of the domestic plumbing game for a good few years now and was wondering if anyone knows what the replacement model for this combination valve is on my 9 year old Santon Premier Plus unvented cylinder is?

I was going to try and call a few wholesalers on Monday but am guessing someone will have swapped these over recently?

Ideally a straight swap if at all possible, I don’t have many of my plumbing tools any more
